Hello Everyone!

I'm getting ready to go to this year's EmoTrance conference which starts on Saturday and I must say, I'm really looking forward to it!

Apart from the main 7 workshops, each one of which is stuffed full with cool energy exercises and lots of new ideas (I know, I assembled the conference manual!), there are lots of other things going on which will be fun.

I have a special Valentine's present for you: A REALLY big bunch of flowers!

And of herbs, and trees, and bushes, and roots as well - wonderful energy from Mother Nature herself, come to our aid when we feel down, depleted, or when we just want to really remember that this is a beautiful world, filled to the brim with amazing and supportive entities.

Sometimes, very rarely, a project comes along that has a life of its own.

It has a will of its own, a power and an insistency - you can't do anything else than follow THAT, do THAT, no matter how full the hard may be already.

"The Soul Pilots" was one of those projects.

The other day, I was accused of procrastination. I considered this accusation for a while, found it to be quite correct but then had a flash of inspiration and I said, "Ah ... but I tend to procrastinate proactively ..."

This is quite funny, but it is also true. One of the reasons that I have such a good collection of "works" to my name is exactly that - namely my ability to procrastinate proactively. Here's how it works.

As a part of my ongoing magic research, I've been working with poppets and voodoo dolls for a while now. For a short explanation, see "Voyage Into Voodoo" on www.magic-spells-and-potions.com I personally find this form of doll making for portal purposes extremely interesting, because it feels very similar if not exactly the same as working with other modalities - such as painting, trance, sculpture, music etc - only that because of the fact that one is making a doll, it brings in other frequencies that were not addressed before.

I recently got involved in the madness that is the National Writing Month. The purpose and task is to write a 50,000 word novel from scratch during the month of November, starting on the 1st and finishing on the 30th. At the time I signed up, I thought this was a good idea ...

That is due to the fact that I smoke 60 a day and eat what I like, and I was never really happy with preaching what I don't do myself, so I just stayed clear of the two main stays of the hypnotist's profession.

Until the other day, end of January 2006, I got a bit fed up with being this heavy. It's getting in the way of free movement now and that's bugging. I got to wondering about health and fitness, drifted off and had a major shamanic Project Sanctuary experience there and then.
