Welcome To Easy EFT!
The purpose of this course is firstly, to be reminded to use EFT
regularly for personal development, problem solving and stress
relief; and secondly, to introduce a great many different ways in
which EFT can become an invaluable part of our lives quite outside
of any therapy settings.
On the next page, you will find a very concise introduction to
EFT, where the EFT tapping points are, and some quick pointers on
how to tap and make statements of intent to use in the EFT
treatment.
Every week, you will receive example opening statements on a wide
variety of topics, from self esteem to magical affirmations, getting
clear on annoying people, soothing past memories, changing our
beliefs and many, many more besides.
You will have the opportunity to use these reminders/ideas to tap
a round or two of EFT for your own challenges and desires. In
that way, you will be creating your own personal EFT development
course as you're going along.
If you are new to EFT, I highly recommend that you practise the
"7 Easy EFT Warm Up Exercises" this week so that when the course
starts with the first topic, you're all ready to go.
I hope that the old hands as well as the EFT newbies will enjoy
this course and use it to exercise our minds and our meridians,
release stress, old burdens and get new ideas and a new flow of
creativity into our lives.
