Having been impressed by other articles, essays and books from Silvia Hartmann I was eager to read this book. 

Advanced Patterns is absolutely fantastic!! And an absolute must for any practitioner of Meridian & Energy Therapies. 

Page after page is absolutely full of invaluable tools, techniques, approaches, insights, revelations. 

I feel I have a wealth of new ways of understanding myself as well as my clients. 

Silvia Hartmann is obviously a master in this field but not only that, she has the vision and crystal clarity of thinking and words which allows the vast potential of what we have with METs for healing and personal development to be communicated to us so that we can tap into it.

This is an immensely valuable work and an essential handbook for mastery of EFT, of ourselves and an important milestone in the evolution of this new field.
